Kelly was first a member of Progress, now she’s a well-recognised part of the Team. Originally from South Africa, Kelly has now settled in the UK and we’re super-pleased that she’s chosen Progress to showcase her energy and strong interpersonal skills. Kelly has already completed her Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Boxercise, Kettlebell, Suspension Training, Spin and Pre and Post-Natal qualifications – and takes three of our Spin classes each week. Next on the checklist is to complete the Level 3 Personal Training qualification and get cracking!
…and complete Level 3 she has! Kelly is now a fully qualified Personal Trainer and on hand to deliver positivity, energy and enthusiasm to get you on the right track to your goals. Kelly’s fastidious approach to ongoing learning, and her exploring of new ideas and techniques, means she’s never standing still- Dynamic indeed!
