Dom’s a lively and energetic presence on reception and the gym floor, is eager to help and has taken quickly to life in the world of work. Dom has been training since he was 15 years old and his workouts are based around Olympic Lifting and the big Barbell movements. This is a welcome addition to the Team’s already impressive band of skills.
He has already completed Strength and Conditioning Level I & II, Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Pre and Post-Natal, Nutrition and attended a vast range of Olympic Lifting seminars and workshops.

Dom is now a fully qualified Personal Trainer and British Weight Lifting Coach. He’s truly passionate about spreading the word of Olympic Lifting and whether you are completely new to Olympic Lifting or an experienced Oly Lifter Dom has the knowledge and skillset to help you progress. Alongside his Olympic Lifting Dom has also invested many hours and miles learning about Strength and Conditioning and has already spent time coaching professional athletes as well as many of our Members and Guests. Mobility and movement feature heavily in Dom’s programming and sessions. He’s keenly aware of the value of moving better and its importance in optimising performance and injury avoidance.
