Brad initially came to Progress Gym as a member and very quickly showed an above average interest in learning more about the right way to train. Soon after he began working here part time.

Brad shows a superb attitude and displays advanced levels of initiative, which meant that it wasn’t a difficult choice for me when I was looking to take on an apprentice. He is a valuable asset to Progress Gym and a example to all prospective employees of Progress.

His training is no-nonsense, measured, precise and intense, and he uses the time in the gym to the best of his ability and trains with structure and focus. Having fellow competitors at the gym also helps to drive Brad on, having people here who have done what he wants to do provides reassurance and confidence.

Brad is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and also has qualifications in Kettle Bell Training, Boxercise, Pre and Post-Natal, Strength and Conditioning I & II, Nutrition and Suspension Training. Brad is surprisingly experienced for someone of his age and has already taken part in the natural body building British Finals. Brad is available for Personal Training sessions and is now ready to help you reach your goals.

Brad’s Personal Training business has flourished due to the care and attention he puts into his sessions and training plans. This is made possible by the constant updating of skills and knowledge that Brad puts himself through. Brad is often book in hand or on courses to learn more so he can get you results faster.
