Kettlebell Class

Trainer: Amanda Leonard

What is it?

Kettlebell training offers a wide range of exercises away from the norms of dumbbells, barbells and machines. Kettlebells are versatile and will open up a whole new world of movements to you. The class is led by Amanda and each week she constructs a workout to ensure you feel worked, whilst enjoying your time in the class. This class will help build coordination, strength, core strength and also burn calories!
