Keen to start exercising but have to bend around childcare and work?

If you answered yes then 3Zer0 is the class for you! Held in Progress Performance, each class will include warm-up/mobility, progressive and effective resistance training and calorie-burning cardio all in just 30minutes. 
Build strength and fitness and improve body composition in just 30 minutes. Each workout your results will be logged so you can keep pushing forward.
The class will be taken by Personal Trainer Aaron Fitzgerald on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s between 12.45pm and 1.15pm.
